As one of Japan’s leading quick-service restaurant chains, with approximately 2,000 outlets nationwide, SUKIYA requires a high level of consistency across its entire network. To maintain this consistency, all newly manufactured furniture must comply with strict dimensional requirements and precisely match the existing pieces.

Consistent quality control throughout the production process

To fulfil these requirements, BOHO factory proactively adjusted the production plan and standardized manufacturing processes in accordance with the project’s technical specifications. BOHO also worked closely with the client’s quality control team to conduct inspections and acceptance checks throughout production.

Before entering serial production, BOHO spent 10 months developing and standardizing the product samples. The process required the factory to accurately reproduce an established product system while adapting manufacturing methods to the materials, equipment and operating conditions available in Vietnam.

Furniture manufacturing capabilities for the Japanese market

Through this ongoing partnership, BOHO continues to demonstrate strong manufacturing expertise and the capacity to meet the stringent standards of the Japanese market. The trust established between BOHO and SUKIYA provides a solid foundation for future production plans.
