In technical training for interior construction, especially for work directly connected to site operations, one-way knowledge transfer is not always enough. For Site Supervisors and Site Managers, technical knowledge becomes more valuable when it is applied to real situations, discussed openly, questioned and examined from different perspectives before being put into practice.
A more interactive approach to technical training
With this in mind, BOHO has refreshed its training format to make learning more active, interactive and practical.
During the “Structural Finishing Works” training programme for the Northern team, technical topics including masonry, plastering, floor screeding and waterproofing were explored through knowledge checks, Q&A sessions, case studies, group presentations and critical discussion.
The format was designed not only to strengthen technical understanding, but also to encourage participants to analyse problems, exchange perspectives and consider different approaches to situations commonly encountered on site.

Learning through real site situations
Instead of simply absorbing information, participants worked through practical scenarios, developed possible solutions, explained their reasoning and responded to different viewpoints from colleagues and Project Directors.
This process allowed technical knowledge to be organised and reinforced during the session while also developing skills in problem-solving, communication and site decision-making before similar situations arise in actual project delivery.

Improve stronger project execution
For BOHO, training is not only about passing on technical knowledge. It is about helping teams understand why a solution works, when it should be applied and how different disciplines can work together more effectively throughout the construction process.
Through practical, scenario-based training, BOHO continues to strengthen technical capability, improve coordination across teams and support more consistent project execution and interior construction quality for Developers, clients and partners.
In addition to technical training programmes, BOHO also organises project experience-sharing sessions, turning lessons learned from individual projects into shared knowledge for the entire team.
