3. What we collect
When you send us information through the website:
- Contact form and newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Job application form: your name, email, telephone number and the file you attach.
When you browse the website: technical information your browser sends to our server, such as device type, browser, the pages you view and the time of your visit.

8. Is your information transferred abroad
Yes. Some of the providers we use operate their systems outside Vietnam:
- Google — website traffic statistics.
- Email delivery provider — delivering messages from website forms to our mailbox.
In such cases, we undertake to:
- Prepare, retain and submit the Cross-Border Personal Data Transfer Impact Assessment Dossier (DTIA) as required, available for inspection and to be submitted within 60 days from the date the transfer takes place;
- Assess, and take responsibility for, the data protection capability of the receiving party;
- Complete the procedures required by the competent authority;
- Apply safeguards to keep personal data secure during the transfer.

11. How we protect your information
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the administration system and the database is granted only to those responsible for it.
The website is administered and operated by N.A.M TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0313959901, 57-59 Ho Tung Mau, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) under a service agreement. The servers are located in the data centre of Super Online Data Joint Stock Company in Vietnam.
12. Children’s information
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children’s information. If we find that we have collected it by mistake, we will delete it.
13. When this policy changes
When we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page with the date of the update. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you and, where necessary, ask for your consent again.
