As part of this approach, BOHO recently hosted a specialized training workshop on waterproofing and tile & stone installation, focusing on construction planning, quality management and the technical factors that directly affect the quality of interior fit-out works.
Strengthening technical knowledge across teams
The session brought together primarily our Construction team, along with colleagues from Design, Tendering, Planning and other related functions. By involving teams across different stages of project delivery, the workshop helped build a stronger shared understanding of how technical decisions can influence the quality and durability of interior finishes.
Drawing on experience from a wide range of projects, MSc. Le Tuan Viet guided participants through both the technical principles and practical realities of waterproofing and tile and stone installation.
Discussions began with identifying the root causes of common waterproofing and installation issues before moving into process control, construction techniques and the selection of suitable material solutions for different site conditions.
From site challenges to practical solutions
The session was also shaped by the experiences of those in the room. Participants actively raised questions and brought forward situations they had encountered on site, opening up discussions around different ways of approaching and resolving each issue.
