THE SENS BUSINESS LOUNGE

The SENS Business Lounge is an airport lounge interior design and construction project delivered by BOHO at Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Following the success of the Lotus Lounge project with its cultural narrative inspired by the “Pottery” and “Salt” villages The SENS Business Lounge is an exclusive lounge for SASCO’s customers.

It attracts passengers with a distinctive design that draws from the soft, poetic beauty of Vietnam’s silk craft village, creating a lyrical and tranquil space amid the hurried rhythm of Terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Interior Design and Construction for The SENS Business Lounge

Taking on the role of interior design and build contractor, the BOHO team was once again entrusted to transform the story of Vietnamese craft villages into every design detail at The SENS Business Lounge. The design illustrates the elaborate journey of silk-making in traditional villages, which became a strong source of inspiration throughout the creative process of the lounge.

Here, every experience is “woven” with subtlety, every service is “nurtured” with a philosophy of dedication, and every moment is a silk thread connecting culture – emotion – and technology. The use of soft materials, fluid surfaces, and a neutral palette is blended like silk glistening under the morning sun.

The space is arranged coherently, not formulaic, while still maintaining privacy—like a delicate silk scarf gently laid amidst the dynamic rhythm of the airport.

Materials, Colours and Spatial Experience

BOHO, in close collaboration with investor SASCO, carefully discussed each core material – such as textile brick – to ensure harmony with the overall style of the lounge. Among them, the selection of the main color tone played a pivotal role, especially in The SENS Business Lounge, in preserving the distinctive spirit of the SASCO brand.

For BOHO, every project is a piece of silk—“woven” from time, effort, and the silent craftsmanship of skilled hands. Each detail is a fine thread that contributes to creating a refined, meticulous, and uniquely characteristic whole in every space.

We exercised complete control from design to construction, allowing The SENS to represent a shift in BOHO’s design philosophy – turning the lounge into a touchpoint of cultural value and opening a journey rich in Vietnamese identity and sustainability.

With experience in interior design and construction projects that require high standards of aesthetics, technical coordination and operation, BOHO managed the process from design development to construction solutions. This integrated approach helped ensure that the design intent was carried through into the completed space.

Each detail at The SENS Business Lounge was developed as part of a complete spatial experience. The result is an airport lounge interior that reflects Vietnamese identity, supports modern hospitality standards and enhances the passenger experience at Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
