Set along the Han River, TUI BLUE Han River has officially welcomed its first guests, introducing a new hospitality destination to Da Nang. For the project, BOHO delivered interior fit-out works across key areas, from guestrooms and public spaces to restaurants, commercial and service areas, as well as the hotel’s operational spaces.

With views across the Han River and Dragon Bridge, TUI BLUE Han River offers a refined, comfortable stay shaped around a personalized hospitality experience, connecting guests with the destination through local cuisine, culture and activities.

BOHO delivers interior fit-out across key hotel spaces

For the project, BOHO delivered the interior fit-out for 123 guestrooms, the reception lobby, dining and bar areas, wellness facilities, meeting spaces, corridors, and the hotel’s operational areas.

Integrated delivery from guest experience to hotel operations

The fit-out scope extended across multiple types of spaces, each with different functional and operational requirements. From guest-facing interiors to the back-of-house spaces that support daily hotel operations, BOHO coordinated the construction process as an integrated whole, carefully managing each scope of work to create a consistent expression of the TUI BLUE concept throughout the hotel.
