BOHO WINS TWO AWARDS AT AADA 2026

06 May 2026

BOHO continues to mark its journey toward regional growth as it is honored at the Asia Architecture Design Awards 2026 in two categories: 2026 Asia’s Best Firm in Interior Design and 2026 Asia’s Best Commercial Building Interior Design for The Kross.

The Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA) is an architecture and design award in Asia that recognizes outstanding projects, companies, and individuals in architecture, interior design, product design, and design brand development.

Asia Best Firm in Interior Design 2026

Starting as an interior design and construction company, BOHO has gradually developed into a comprehensive interior partner, connecting consultation, design, engineering, production, and construction in one integrated process.

This model allows BOHO to work closely with clients from the early stages to understand each project’s goals, operational requirements, and design direction. From there, BOHO can provide suitable solutions, optimize materials, control technical details, and bring the design to life consistently, ensuring finishing quality, feasibility, and long-term value for each project.

BOHO’s ownership of the first furniture factory in Vietnam to achieve LEED Gold certification gives the company greater control over production, materials, and supply timelines. It also reflects BOHO’s commitment to responsible development, environmental considerations, and alignment with international standards.

The Kross Wins Asia Best Commercial Building Interior Design 2026

In the commercial building interior design category, BOHO was recognized for The Kross, a Grade A office, commercial, and serviced apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City.

Inspired by the “lotus vein,” BOHO’s design team did not treat cultural elements as direct decorative patterns. Instead, the team translated the spirit of connection and upward vitality into a spatial language. Vertical wall elements, linear details, and softly curved forms are combined to create a refined and balanced overall space.

This approach gives The Kross its own identity while meeting the functional needs of a mixed-use commercial building. In the lobby, corridors, and serviced apartments, the design focuses on improving user experience, supporting spatial orientation, and creating a comfortable feeling throughout use.

Beyond aesthetics, BOHO also considered material durability, ease of maintenance, and real usage frequency. Solutions such as GFRC wall modules, energy-efficient lighting, and flexible furniture were considered from the concept stage to ensure feasibility, operational efficiency, and long-term value for the project.

A Milestone in BOHO’s Regional Journey

The two awards at AADA 2026 recognize BOHO’s continuous effort to develop comprehensive capabilities, from design thinking and manufacturing capacity to experience in delivering large-scale projects. This milestone also gives BOHO further motivation to expand its presence from the domestic market to the regional stage.

Guided by the spirit of Create Better, BOHO aims to create spaces, products, and interior solutions that deliver more sustainable value over time.
