BOHO has officially been appointed to undertake the interior fit-out package, including the supply and installation of furniture, for Phase 1 of the Westlake Square Hanoi project, located in the Starlake New Urban Area, and developed by Toshin Development.
Phase 1 comprises a 10-storey building with 3 basement levels, integrating a retail component from Basement B1 to Level 6 and a premium office component from Level 7 to Level 10. The development is built on a site area of approximately 4,926 sqm, with a total gross floor area of around 43,000 sqm.
Marking the first debut of Takashimaya department store in Hanoi, Westlake Square Hanoi is expected to contribute to redefining premium retail standards in the capital. In line with this vision, the project sets high standards for user experience, aesthetic quality, and sustainable development. In particular, with the goal of achieving LEED Platinum certification – the highest level under the U.S. Green Building rating system – the entire delivery process is required to comply with rigorous international standards for environmental performance and operational efficiency.
Execution Approach
- Interior fit-out works, including floor, wall, column, ceiling, partition, balustrade, joinery, metalwork, and decorative finishes
- Interior fit-out works for lift and escalator areas, including lighting
- Doors and glass partitions for ID areas
- Supply and installation of furniture, including both loose and built-in items
- Artwork and special feature elements
- Supply and installation of sanitary fixtures
- Supply of lighting for ID areas, including decorative lighting
Given the scale and complexity of the project, the scope involves substantial work volume and requires careful construction planning, technical coordination, and quality control throughout the entire delivery process. With a construction timeline of over 300 days, BOHO focuses on closely controlling each phase of execution to ensure progress, consistency in finishing quality, and alignment across all interior scopes.
Through this project, BOHO continues to demonstrate its capability in delivering interior fit-out packages that require high technical standards, refined finishing quality, and integrated coordination across large-scale developments.
