As one of the world’s most prestigious five-star hospitality brands under Marriott International, JW Marriott Saigon is known for a quiet, effortless approach to luxury. The main lobby and the lobby lounge – The Lounge set the tone from the first step, shaping the guest experience through a composed spatial rhythm. 

For this project, BOHO delivered the interior fit-out works for the hotel’s key public areas, including the main lobby, The Lounge, the reception zone, and elevator lobbies. Managing over 80 complex material specifications, BOHO worked closely with design consultant AND to deliver value engineering proposals that protected the design intent while enhancing constructability, efficiency, and execution quality. 

Reception areas

As high-traffic spaces, The Lounge and reception areas required consistent precision across every surface and junction. Finishes, transitions, and detailing were executed with clarity and control. Lighting was tuned for different times of day, adding depth while maintaining a calm, elevated atmosphere aligned with JW Marriott’s identity.

Delivering the works while the hotel remained fully operational required strict on-site discipline and close coordination across teams. With a clear construction strategy and careful control, BOHO maintained steady progress with minimal disruption to the guest experience. Quality was further supported through BOHO’s in-house furniture production, enabling consistent control from material selection through to final installation. 

The JW Marriott Saigon project continues to demonstrate BOHO’s capability in delivering luxury hospitality fit-outs to exacting standards. Through disciplined coordination and careful execution, the result is a space that feels balanced, refined, and built to last.
