HONG NGOC – PHUC TRUONG MINH GENERAL HOSPITAL

BOHO successfully completed the comprehensive interior for Hong Ngoc – Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital (Phase 2), located in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Covering a total floor area of nearly 37,000 m², the project was developed under the hospital–hotel model, offering a modern, fully equipped, and patient-centered healthcare environment. 

Integrated interior solutions for high-end healthcare spaces 

Within this project, BOHO was responsible for Package BP07b, executing key interior elements including fire-rated doors, drywall ceiling systems, built-in and loose furniture, as well as the supply and installation of sanitary fixture and decorative lighting. Every phase of construction was subject to strict quality control, fully compliant with healthcare standards such as the use of antibacterial, non-toxic materials, easy-to-clean surfaces, and durable finishes to ensure safety and longevity in hospital operations. 

To optimize the project timeline, BOHO implemented a parallel construction model, in which production at BOHO’s factory ran concurrently with on-site installation. This approach not only accelerated the overall schedule but also ensured precision, synchronization, and consistency across all zones – achieving a balance between technical performance and aesthetic quality. 

Excellent execution and coordination 

Executed within 180 days, the project demanded a high level of technical precision and scheduling discipline, requiring BOHO’s team to maintain rigorous supervision and quality control throughout every stage. From material inspection & on-site installation to handover and commissioning, each process was meticulously managed to guarantee that all deliverables met the committed standards.  

The seamless coordination among MEP contractors, medical equipment and project management units further demonstrated BOHO’s professional capability in handling large-scale, technically demanding projects with complex stakeholder alignment.
