With more than 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Tr\u00ed Khang Pharma wanted an office that is not only professional and functional, but also carries its personality and inspires employees. As interior designer Ing Quang Ti\u1ec1n \u2013 BOHO\u2019s representative \u2013 shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDesigning an office for a pharmaceutical company is solving the equation of balancing the academic, somewhat rigid side of science with the human-centered essence of this field.\u201d
Understanding this need, BOHO chose \u201cconnection\u201d as the central theme for the project. The design not only promotes collaboration among employees but also finds harmony between professionalism and creative aesthetics. This idea is consistently expressed through spatial organization, color palettes, materials, and lighting.<\/p>\n\n\n

Given the limited footprint, flexibility and multifunctionality became priorities. Open areas are interwoven with smaller booths, allowing for teamwork as well as private \u201cflow\u201d states. Acoustic materials are applied in meeting rooms and livestream studios to improve focus and user experience. BOHO believes an office is not only a place to work, but also a \u201csecond home\u201d for many. Beyond focused work areas, we introduced \u201cbreathing spaces\u201d that make the environment lighter and more relaxing.
Each floor was designed as a piece of a larger journey, differentiated by function and emotional tone. This rhythmic variation creates a continuous flow of experiences \u2013 moments of focus, bursts of creativity, and pauses for rest and renewal.
At the client\u2019s request, a curated color scheme was assigned to each floor: neutral hues on the first floor for a welcoming start; vibrant tones on the second for Marketing and livestream teams; darker shades on the third for executive gravitas; energetic palettes on the fourth for training; and calming tones on the fifth for gym, yoga, and dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/boho.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tri-khang-21-1024x576.jpg\")

These solutions not only addressed technical challenges but also shaped a balanced work environment: one where employees can stay fully focused yet easily find moments to recharge. This is the foundation for sustainable and healthy productivity, instead of the stressful burnout often associated with closed offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tr\u00ed Khang Pharma\u2019s brand spirit is subtly embedded throughout the interior. Logos and brand colors are thoughtfully incorporated into signage and details, reinforcing identity while allowing employees to feel a sense of belonging in their everyday workspace.
The Tri Khang Pharma office illustrates that an effective workplace must balance practicality with aesthetics.
