LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard is a high-end residential compound located in the heart of the Grand Park mega township and developed by the esteemed Masterise Homes. <\/p>\n\n\n

LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard, the Largest Multi-dimensional Green Sanctuary in Ho Chi Minh City, features 24 vertical gardens and over 17,000 sq.m of extensive green amenities, providing residents with a home infused with nature. The interiors of the 5 LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard towers are designed, built, and fitted out to international standards, with high-quality materials, providing a luxurious living space among other projects in Grand Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February 2024, BOHO D\u00e9cor officially completed the interior construction scope for the LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard project. In this undertaking, BOHO was primarily responsible for installing partitions around apartment doors, decorative stainless steel elements, and executing wall effect painting in the hallway and mirror frames, as well as vanity cabinets within the apartments. These tasks demanded precision and accuracy. However, with the harmonious collaboration and diligence of the team members, the hallway area was perfectly completed, meeting the stringent requirements of the investor and the Vietnamese National Standards on Fire Protection and Prevention (QCVN 06). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard, in addition to high-quality finishing requirements, “safety” is also a factor the investor pays special attention to. In the hallway areas and emergency exits, all components are made from non-combustible materials, which have been tested and installed by BOHO D\u00e9cor to meet the fire protection and prevention standards of the Vietnam Institute For Building Science And Technology (IBST). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LUMI\u00c8RE Boulevard project was an opportunity for us to showcase the construction capabilities of the BOHO team. The process was excellently carried out under the project schedule<\/p>\n\n\n\n
